very fortunate to have been surfing all my life mate, grew up by the sea and still do today. i usually get in the water a few times a week. it is the very best for getting off screen and blanking out the mind. i always know that something is wrong if it's still in my mind while im sitting on the board

nice. blanking/grounding out is necessary, and such a gift to gain insight of the sea & self thru surfing. fascinating the parallels in reading & appropriately responding to energy whether moving thru water, mind, heart or markets…

I like this part: "Finding that freedom while sober is like that flickering moment in meditation when you finally achieve a quiet mind, only to ruin it by recognising it."

Drugs we eat or drugs we make inside our brains, same same but different..?

Is meditation the same feeling as when you're off the perfect mix of a chemical cocktail? Is a deep meditative state the most sober state of mind or the least?

I can tell you are really in your spiritual bag. Your writing feels very true to yourself. It reads as if you are speaking freely your innermost thoughts. You are helping a lot of people, I'm sure of it.

I know it helps me. God bless, Up Only, Jords Mode.
